I've not been able to relieve any validation email so then I could activate my email. Also when i try to change my email to another one, I have not been able to receive any email so I can change my email account to another. Please fix this error.

The biggest bug is people not checking their EMAIL SPAM FOLDER. For some f'ed up reason, all webnovel verification emails go to SPAM folder. It's been happening for quite some time now. It's not a bug on webnovels side but a mistake on your email providers algorithms.
Open the SPAM folder and you will see the verification email.
Now, you might say: Ahmad, WTF would you know?
Ahmad: I have tried this with Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo. All three sent the confirmation to the SPAM folder. So you can rest assured that my words hold a lot of truth and credebility in the matter.
You: So how to deal with this?
Ahmad: Just click on the "This is not SPAM / Move to Inbox" or any similar option when you open the confirmation in the SPAM folder.
If the confirmation is not in the SPAM, then you might need to recheck the email you used on webnovel and see if there was a typo.
a year later
Unfortunately, in my case even though the payment notification will go through to gmail without any issue, the validation will not go through. The message is not even in the SPAM box or forwarded to any other email with deletion.
