My library was reset when the app logged me out (app update I assume) and now each novel is only showing 1 chapter in the index and won’t let me go to latest chapter @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL

Laoshi The simple way to this is reinstall. Some report the bug gone one day. There is problem with your app cache.
