The author dropped I'm Really A Superstar at chapter 1695 because of issues with SARFT (renamed as SAPPRFT) in real life, add to that is the copyright issues the author have with Disney because the author used Frozen on the novel itself. The irony is that the novel's last chapter has Let it Go as part of his title. The novel's status became hiatus. The author dropped it after long months of waiting for SARFT to go through his works for further issues and confirm that it is suitable for release (like what hppened in the book lmao). The author now is focusing on his new work though I don't know its title!

        Thanks for the heads up! It's on my TBR pile. I guess I won't start reading it until the author picks it up again, if ever.

          The hiatus was not caused by Disney. It's because the author portrayed a SARFT member in a negative light (Old Wu abusing her position to help ZY). I think the author's going through his novel trying to remove those parts, so by the time the translations have caught up, he'll have started writing IRAS again.

              As Neverfire7 mentioned. It has nothing to do with Disney.
              Besides, he opened a new story to inform his IRAS readers about what happened, not because he abandoned IRAS. He has not written a single chapter for that book in the past nine months. He is still working hard to get the book unbanned.

                  CKtalon Do you still keep in touch with the author? Is there a high possibility that the novel will continue?

                  I highly doubt it though because the author dedicated many arcs in the novel making SARFT the villain.🤣 I just hope that the author maked a way to continue the story especially that he got banned not just once but the author still survived.😓🙇‍♂️

                      Heavenly_Tiger Yea, I have the author's contact, but I don't disturb him all the time, since he's probably more anxious than me with getting IRAS back online.

                      He will likely continue the story without mentioning what Wu Zeqing's post is anymore, but old (Chinese) readers will know what happened to get him there. New (Chinese) readers will likely get huge redactions that leave them baffled.
                      But the English version won't face this problem. Also, as the chapters close in on the raws, Webnovel will likely try to work out something with the author to directly write for the international audience.

                              Even if the author pulls the rug out of an entire arc and just forgets the whole "SARFT Old Wu abusing her powers", I'll still be ok with it. Hur hur. I wish the author best of luck to continuing his awesome novel!
