Remove the visible comments from the end of chapters, especially on the mobile app. It's always either A: "First", B: "Exp" or C: Some rant bitching about how the novel shouldn't go the way it did or the person shouldn't have to pay stones for it. C is the worst because it's the same people over and over going 'OMG I'M GONNA DROP THIS NOVEL' but they never do, they just come back every chapter to bitch some more about it.
