  • Can't connect to the site via email/pw, ReCaptcha don't want me

Hello,

Like multiple times this last several weeks, i have a problem of connection to the site via my main account. I had to connect myself via google+ to type this message.

Like always the ReCaptcha ask me to input various answer to their identification of picture and even if i get it right, time and time again, either there's no "verify" and only "next"/"skip" or it say that the verification failed.

And the question as to why i want to connect myself through my main account is that i paid to get stone on that account to have access to novel i can't read without said stone.

So either i have access to my account or you lost a client.

Edit: it's on PC, firefox 62.0 (64bits)

    Still can't connect:

    verification failed after successfully doing a captcha.. at the 56th try.

    Seriously, can someone tell me why this is happening?

      Rarylith_Alt It's up to the ReCaptcha that asks you to input various answer or not. Did you have a stable IP address or so ?

          Yes i have a stable IP address.

          Edit: is there really that much problem of bot on the site so that it have to ask for a confirmation of my human nature?

            So...

            I have successfully connected to my main account.

            The problem is with the cookie/temporary files apparently.

            Sometimes, it's failing, once failed, it will fail every time until you delete all your temporary files.

            I have no idea what's the cause.
