I basically scrolled through each chapter of my novel and found a few comments that I missed. Which didn't have any implication of the comments even being there, until I checked them out myself.

Is it natural for the chapter comments to not notify the writers or I'm just ignorant of how things work?
Thank you in advance for replying.

HavenlyJeep At one time, you won't be able to 'communicate' with newer readers. Webnovel actually wished for the author to hear 'popular' market opinion. Author could change the plot with the feedback while readers could contribute to the novel, instead becoming a passive readers. The result would be a 'popular' novel.

Nevertheless, it would also give burden to some authors. Some went to hiatus, becuase the novel was no longer his/her vision.

I feel I've made some very positive changes to my novels based on user feedback, Granted. I haven't been writing very long. I also have an easy time throwing away bad ideas and adopting parts of good ones.

I think you do? I get notified when they reply to my comments so I always assumed it was because of the @ symbol or something. Someone go test it =p

DazzlingGem But you really admit now that you're a grandpa, huh? 😂😂😂

BABY Rabbink who had the duty as a 'Grandpa' in its novel.
