I'm not sure this is the right place to post about this but I think considering it's a flaw in the rating system this should do.

While looking at the reviews of the fanfiction linked below, I saw someone (user EnumaElish) leaving at least a dozen 1 star reviews making the rating of the story go from 4 something to 2.7. I feel that being able to post this many reviews and "tanking the ratings" of a story is very detrimental to the author and potential readers.

Maybe there should be some limit to the amount of ratings one can make on a single story or maybe a time constraint so that the system is not abused.

    DaoistTooHigh Do you see the rating when picking novel? Almost all novel had similar ratings. Making rating actually useless, compared to reading reviews by Real Readers.

    The authors could also make an author post asking his/her readers to spam back.

    Webnovel has bad thing with this system...

    It should be like Google Play, a newer review will updated past review.

      All novels should get a 5 star rating so that every novel is treated to the same fairness and standard. Make novel reviews great again!

        Res_Publica I actually want to know whether this will make Webnovel do something about this or not. Especially since this is escalated. To Cyber Bullying. Did Webnovel tolerate this kind of behavior? That would impact their marketability with advertiser. If people complaint this site promote cyrber bullying, what would happen with the ads?

                      Many people told me they reported mine and it disappeared in 30 hours from the initial post by the most evil person in the universe who created an alt account just to give me 1*. Hitler doesnt come close to this evil person.

                          Also, if we are taking in account the higher the kill count the eviler, Hitler is third in kill count (17 million) In second place Stalin (23 million) and finally Mao Zedong takes the cake (49-78 million)
