Hello im trying to log in with my account but it just says it doenst exist. Im lvl 3 and would hate to make a new account.

Same here, I had to log in with a different account just to comment. Hope someone can help.

    To add more detail, I am on a computer, verification is successful, but when I click sign in it shows the two dot processing and the in a red box at the top it says 'Account does not exist'. The problem extends to the app.

      They usually ask for your OS and browser if you're not using the app

        This is alternate for Wuxiawolf2. OS is Windows 10 and browser is firefox.

          One last detail is Wuxiawolf2 is an email account.

            Although my account here in forums is still logged in, when I try to log in using my email on the reading site, it gives me the error 'Account doesn't exist'.

            I think it's something because of the maintainence of servers and should resolve itself by thirteenth of December. Let's hope this is what happens.

                change the uppercase to lowercase in gmail or with what you connect, I did that and there is no longer appeared that the account does not exist and I could enter.

                  Nesrin Changing the first letter of you email to lowercase when you have been trying uppercase does work, at least with aol.

                      I can verify that, changing the first letter of your email, from upper case to lower case solves the problem. At least for me.
