Well this novel is runing right now at Wuiawolrd at 7 ch a week ( to slow for me xP ) the novel hav 1806 ch ( all ready finish) all ready 300+ in english
here is a Review of some one called Moonfox

This novel is everything pokemon should have been and more realistic (in a fictional way) in how the world would work.If you never really liked Pikachu or Charizard but wanted a (Shiney) Evee and Vulpix mix then this is the novel for you. Also think about everything you find wrong about pokemon:-Trainer is sent out as a (perpetual) 10 yr old into the world given a starter pokemon out o 3 standard choices dependent on region or family / personal situation
-Free to roam the world as they please
-Enslaving and forcing pokemon to battle one another either to be captured or for a shiny bit off metal from different areas around the world
-No real reason for how pokemon evolve
-No deaths whatsoeverIn this series the kids are at minimum 14 to 15 and even then they’d still be taken care of by their clan and or family until they are well past 30 if they have potential. Roam around? Pfft that’d get you killed QUICK! A person from a good clan would have atleast 2 people protecting them at any given time.

I think everyone is forgetting the huge Pokemon diss in the original post. BUT IM NOT!! You do not get to just diss Pokemon without a diss tag, and even if there was one I'd still be disappointed!!

First off the novel probably wouldn't have even happened if not for the success of Pokemon. And do you know why Pokemon was originally successful? Well neither do I, but I think it largely has something to do with oh idk small children fascinated with growing up. When you are 10 you get to officially cross the street by yourself and run errands to the supermarket without supervision!! It's every kids dream!! Don't bash Pokemon for appealing to every young kids dream of adventure!!

10 is an optimal age to use for small kids because 10 yr olds in primary school are the only big kids. After 10 your in that weird awkward phase that isn't a teenager so the market is still open to them as well. This soul pets novel is a teenage fantasy thats why its more realistic to appeal to those of that age.

Also I would like to point out that you must have zero knowledge of the story because only Pokemon poachers or evil people enslave their Pokemon. Remember charmander's original owner he was a evil son of a gun. Pokemon centers around, Ash, who always chooses Pokemon because he's a lonely bastard and wants to be friends. His catch phrase is "I choose you!" Hello? He's friends with Pokemon he hasn't even caught!! Did you even see the Pokemon movie? Not to mention the countless episodes where even, team rocket, the dumbest but almost only villains in the show who want to steal Pokemon somehow still end up loving and enjoying their friendship with their pokemon. You sound so stupid

Pokemon evolve as they experience their lives it's part of their life cycle why are you hating on their design? That's like saying there is no real reason old people get liver spots and can't hold their pee and shit no duh that's just what happens when humans get older it's a biological process!!

Anyways you said it was someone else's review but you must agree with it since you posted it. I don't appreciate that Pokemon slander there and soul pets is alright nothing to seriously ride home about imo and it seems fine to me, 7ch a week. There are plenty of novels on qidian already that do not have 7ch a week, let's focus on getting those novels up to snuff before we just bring on something that already has a chapter a day k?
