for tthe last week or so, i have been receiving errors each time i try to check in in mobile app. i also cannot vote for next novel either. i tap to vote for a novel and nothing happens. on my profile tab of app, it shows -- for power stones, -- for energy stones, and -- for spirit stones, and my profile image wont load. i try to buy a chapter in "Gourmet of another world" and it just errors. i have had to use the website for the past week and i don't like it. desktop site is fine, but i am on the move a lot and prefer the app for that. I try to send feedback on help section in app and it says i need to add email to the server, but i check my settings in desktop site and my email is there already. so i had to go to forum and make post about it. i hope someone can help me fix this soon cause i like the app a lot otherwise
Can't earn stones on mobile
the only thing i CAN do on mobile is watch ads, both for spirit stones or for unlocking chapters. but when watching for more spirit stones, it doesnt say how many i get for watching the ad either
HomelessOne have you tried reinstalling it? I am unable to provide much info as i use android, but you can email webnovel about this. If this is a problem on their end it should be resolved in due time, especially if it is as serious as you have stated @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL

Dontlookdown i have clicked the email support button on desktop site and nothing happened. i try to open link in another tab and it just opens a blank page. this is confusing. i dont want to uninstall except as a last resort. if this thread has no other solutions i will reinstall app and see if that fixes it
Hi there, if you could don't reinstall app because it will log you off and what happens then you could read in my post below.
After Waiting several days, i deleted and reinstalled the app, though several novels i was reading had their 'chapters read' progress reset, the main issue was resolved
