ok I don't know about that maybe save it in your desktop and close the application and clear your cache to try again later and see if it works

go to history on your browser next to clear history there should be a clear cache click that

Restart browser

restart the browser and also wait for some time maybe check in a half hour later and see if it is working if you still can't then report it.

God_Of_All If you are publishing it on a laptop, then that has happened to me too. I'm assuming you have a phone right? log into your account with your phone. You should've already saved a copy of the chapter you want to upload. Just go on the phone's webnovel and the pencil button in the middle of all icons. You should be able to see your plan. Go and press the next button and publish/upload your novel chapter.
