My friend tried to sign up to the website yesterday. But he did not get the confirmation email for it. Can anyone help?

It'll take like 8 hours before any of the Qidian staff can help you... It's already midnight there... Some emails take longer to reach you, depending on the one you use. For example, in my personal experience, Gmail is faster at receiving emails than Outlook. Check spam, I guess. Sorry I couldn't be of much help...

Im having the same problem
Same here, he did sign up, did not get a mail and it says it is pending and a day later he can try it again.
Wolfeinstein i did that too once, didn't get rewards and i never tried again, i was so embarrassed.
I've been trying to use my Gmail account for the past month but it wont send me the email either. Stuck using my google+ to sign in which I dislike doing.
