It's working now. I closed out of the pop up, clicked the continue button and it started loading normally to paypal.
I can't manage to get the SS cos each time I tried to buy it tells me to correct card number and all the while its always correct.

I cant purchase ss stones! I just purchaswd few days back using codaplay, but now i can not purchase anymore and it requires me a bank account. I wish they could consider giving other options than bank cards.
