My suggestion is to break the novel into several parts, such as 500 chapters, and each translator/editor 'team' is assigned 500. Each team starts work at the SAME time, then Webnovel releases the translated chapters at the speed they want.

                  so on day 1, a 5000 chapter is divided into 10 parts with 500 chapters in each.
                  by the time team #1 finishes their 1-500 chapters, the other 9 translator/editor teams have EACH finished theirs.

                  Webnovel could even DELAY initial release until team #1 has lots finished, then Webnovel could set a VERY fast release schedule as the chapters would be ALL translated soon!

                      KenJustKen yes its fast but its a very, very bad idea. Have you ever read the LMS, Legendary Moonlight Sculptor? VRMMORP novel but its so epic to read. Good jokes, nice fight scenes but the bad thing is, names changes! Items, characters, are not the same the way translators translate it. You see if this one of the best korean novel, translate it with different translators, how do you think the chinese novel, which is more complicated?

                      You see, some translation translate the names in english while other retain it. Skills itself is much more complicated either. Four words to five words skills? Just imagine how to do it.
