Your chapter length falls more in line with traditional novels. Web novels tend to run much shorter on chapter length. The typical length of a web novel chapter is roughly 1500 words. Many authors only do 800-1000 words per chapter. Authors like me that average around 2500 are considered on the long side. 3000-3500 is usually the max you'll see for web novels.
There's nothing wrong with long chapters like you have, but it comes with a couple disadvantages when competing with other web novels.
1. Time investment. Most web novel readers are used to being able to read a single chapter quickly. It usually only takes them a few minutes whereas your novel will take 3 to 5 times as long. If they have to stop in the middle then they may lose their place when they reopen your book.
2. Update speed. I see you've been updating around 2 times a week? If your chapters were average length then you'd be releasing 9 chapters a week instead of 2. Daily updates are very important on this website for several reasons:
--- A. When updating your novel appears under latest updates section, which may attract new readers.
--- B. When updating daily you have a chance to appear on the daily updates section, which can lead to a decent increase in readers for newer novels.
--- C. It keeps your readers engaged to check your book daily, and therefore vote for your book daily.
If Web Novel is your main platform then I'd recommend cutting down the chapter length. If you're like me and prefer long chapters then aim for the 2,000 - 3,000 word range and try to update daily. Or aim shorter and stockpile some extra chapters as backups or for special extra releases.
