Why It Should Get Picked Up:
Historical CN novels are rather rare here in the English scene still. This novel was #1 on qidian at one point even higher than all the xianxia/xuan huan. It could be considered the defining modern webnovel for this historical harem genre.

Think "I'm really a superstar" but in Ancient China setting. It was definitely revolutionary at its time and its still one of the best written ones even now with all the clones of this genre. Plus this would be nice chance as well for the western readers.

A man was transported to Ancient China and eventually became a servant of a declining household without a male heir. He utilized his wits and modern knowledge to help the household and eventually become trapped in the sea of political turmoils of the period.

It is more comedic/romance than anything else.

        Pls could a kind sir pick up this series? It's good and all, pleases every men's vanity. Well, even I enjoy it even though it is harem (where we are the minority nonetheless). I don't really agree with it being compared to IRAS but there are many comparisons. I just hope it'll be introduced to the english webnovel world so that I could recommend it to my friends.

        yosi this is good story. . we should support this story to be pick up by trnslator. . i already read few chpter of this series, and i rather like this than that im really a superstar in modern setting. . this story also hillarious and make my day as bright as the sun. . and im actually like mc character in this story. . morever im very very love story about mc from modern world went to ancient or i say wuxia and he is using his modern knowledge. . im tottally love this setting. . hehe.. So im fully support this series, although it only has 600+ chpter. . but im sure it is fun to read. .

                          yosi actually i watched all the episodes, it was good, nice jokes, nice story but the ending made it bad. It actually has not similarity with IRAS, the story like miracle throne with mc like wei xiaobao(duke mount deer) who cant do martial arts. Then again sometimes the drama has different story with the novel, so i cant say anything about the novel.
