472 ss gone, poof!

I was about to open a new chapter on my Ning Xi and Lu Tingxiao, to my surprise no SS...I am about to go crazy!!!
930ss gone almost give me a heart attack. They better fix this problem quickly before new premium chapter came out today
381 of my ss disappeared also.. i can't read the next chapter.. the admit should find way to bring it back...

well if we are going into how many were lost.... i bought them in bulk cause it was cheaper in the long run and i had the money on hand so... at least 2500 are currently... secluded in cultivation...
Over 1500 spirit stones went poof. QI you need to fix it.
