I am unable to open a book. Only the opening and closing animation is seen.

I've been having the same issue for a few days, redownloading seemed to help for a little bit.
when I try to uninstall and reinstall it, the book I am reading right now went back to chapter 1. also, my badge is back to zero. I am worried that I might need to re-purchased SS again. :(
