I know that Christmas is still a month away but I think that when it is Christmas, people would want an event...
One suggestion is that on the days leading up to it, there can be (mini?) mass releases of some novels......like on the 1st of December, there could be a (mini?) mass release for certain novels....(one for male readers and another for female readers?)...On December 2nd, another (two?) novels......Like a Christmas calendar
That might be a bit of extra work for the translator though...
