My wifi connection is good, I've tried to clear the cache, I tried to clear the data but it's still the same...is this normal? 
The videos will still load a bit then after a second the video will stop and it will not continue anymore.

dapenggaofei yes but when it is reset, I do not get any power or energy stones. So no change in my status but the count down starts all over
