Who do I talk to if I want to get my chapters unlocked again? I wanted to reread RTW and Swallowed Star but all my chapters are locked again. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yup my purchase record of the chapters are also gone even thought I clearly remember buying the chapter to read
@WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL yup lost chapters yet again, some via ad unlocks and some via free plus bought ss's, bug is both pc and droid
i have whole bits unlocked, then 2-5 locked then a load unlocked until the point I stopped reading that novel, I can cross ref a few via the website but no way to track the ad watched ones ....
this is becoming a total joke, well at least this time, full rate to unlock and not the odd 1ss ones I had partly last time and I moroniclly unlocked again as they were one

I'm having this issue as well, on The King's Avatar. I had nearly all of the chapters unlocked so I started rereading it, and once I got to about chapter 1000 the chapters were locked again. I've used all of my spirit stones to reunlock the chapters, as I really want to continue reading
