I think there’s no official format. Just post a thread tagged with ‘Novel Pick Up request’ just like this one but u should name the thread with the novel’s title you wanted to be picked up (higher chance if novel hosted by qidian) . And add something like the story’s synopsis and why you wanted it to be picked up, genre (well these are just suggestions so...)
And viola, just wait and maybe some QI or the translator will take some interest on it. :)
