in two of the stories im reading, one of them has locked up entirely even though i've bought or watched the ads to unlock them, and for the other one which i'm currently rereading, a few chapters through out it have locked back up even though i've read those chapters before. has anyone else had this happen to them?
the two stories which this has happaned to me is Shadow hack and The Wizard World

    It's a ongoing problem, contact them by showing your consumption history to unlock the said chapters.

      Or realize they delet your history beyond 6 months and you have no way of providing the proof you are recommending.

      This isnt a bug, quidian relocks chapters.
