ynos24 Go to the front page. There you'll find a yellow icon with a lightning bolt "What's Next". Click on it & you'll arrive at the voting page where you can use energy stones to vote for new webnovels. I've no clue about the app though.
Also the tag should be 'Questions' not 'Events'.

abnormalbirb Click on Voting Pool around the top and it will bring you to the list of novels you can vote for. Or if you are on the website, just go to https://www.webnovel.com/vote
