Booker23de I'm not so sure about the webnovel apps in Google Play as I saw last updated is on 07/01/19 (version 3.3.5) while the below forum announcement which has apk to download is 5 days ago.
maybe you should try the apk.

Worked just now after fivetimes watching an ad video.
Also tried to complete my profil filled all points
- Name
- picture
- eMail
- location
- about myself
- likes
But only 90% of updating profil done. What am I missing?

suggest you can post the issue to the forum and tag the webnovel mod.
so far i can watch the ads and get the ss, through phone or android moderator..sorry to ask, does your phone are android or ios? for ios, i totally dont know. or maybe you can try restart your phone.
Normally I use the WATCHED app on my device. Should I continue to use..?
