Not asking for a review, but rather commenting on the grading system. I actually like it a lot. As a one-man show (writing/editing) for content and having my works published on Amazon, I think your 15 pts system is a much better way to assess the quality of a book than Amazon's 5-star system. That said, plot development and character formation are quite subjective, and dependent on what portion of a work is being examined (front, middle, back). Your note at the end of About section recognizes the issue with more content to consider/evaluate.
I like the fact that you give preference to chapters with 1,000+ words because I have seen far too many writers posting small word count chapters that tell nothing to the reader, and I often suggest to writers (when I see chapters under 500 words in length) to try to combine chapters or lengthen the content. Succinct chapters don't work very well for a novel and fails to take advantage of the novel as a medium of expression compared to a newspaper article for example.
The TQ Guide is fantastic, and I hope more content will be added to it soon. :)
