I got stumbled last night in an author's profile who translated the story I'm done reading few months ago and found out there is also the same book but translated in different language.

The question is, does anyone have the liberation to translate a book with the language they desired to use or have to contact the author and/or Qidian for permission, especially for the books that the company holds?

I really want to translate one!
