I was alarmed too when I saw the notice but I think it says that Google sign-in will appear instead of Google+. In my comprehension, I think Google+ will shutdown but you can still use your account using Google. I don't know if that counts too in Webnovel, if the data is still there or will change. Well, I hope we'll got an answer soon.
