I am lvl 4 right now and I should get 3 energy stone but I only get 2 please fix this. And some chapters require to watch ads to unlock, I watch it once and it bugs and doesn't open I watch it again it unlocks the chapter please fix this this is mote important than energy stones

Do we level 4's really get three of them?
Where did you get to know that? So far I remember, I've always only got two stones throughout all levels till now(Lv. 4).
So far the advertisements are concerned, it is unlikely that it is a bug. Do you have a stable internet connection? Maybe your connection is very unstable and the connection ends up dead just before the advertisement finishes resulting in the system believing that you did not watch the complete advertisement and hence the issue of the chapter not unlocking.
On rare ocassions even my internet connections suddenly fluctuates, on one moment it is 11 MB/s and the next second, no network. Do you check your network status on occasions when the chapter doesn't unlock?
