Every other day and sometimes several days in a row I can not access explore and or my inbox. Sometimes like today it's one or the other. I would click on one and it's just a blank white space...nothing loads up. I do not get an error message. Sometimes I receive an in app notification for my inbox and when I click it is blank. It can take a couple days for it to go back to normal so I can read the messages.

Little_Ancestor That is what happened to me sometimes. I click on the arrow on the top left then reopen the app again and it fixes it. Try it.
