I just saw a manhua of release that witch which I find unacceptable for some wrong descriptions of characters.

The artists can have their own interpretation and do not necessarily need to follow to the tee. It's an adaptation after all.

I stopped reading the manhua after only 8 chapters. I didn't get the same vibe and atmosphere as the novel. The better the novel the higher are the expectation for the manhua.
The design of the witches put me off. It is a trendy design but doesn't blend with the character in the book. It made me angry because I like how the females are portrayed in the book.
Maybe I will give it a try again after there are more chapters. My expectation will then be lower.
