After i have unlocked a chapter, let's say i am bored and want to reread some chapters and go back like a few days worth of chapters that i have already unlocked before and to see that it is locked again.
Is it suppose to happen?

Yuki_Qing the one that i am having a problem right now is rich young mistress. It is the weirdest thing. At volume 2 it is premium but there are some chapaters that are randomly unlocked and then everything else is locked. The ones that i unlocked these 2 weeks are unlocked. I have been reading this book since it first came out :( even reading the titles i know i read that chapater

Chioma its depend on the book, some premium start on 50/80/100.
e.g. if you are read the chapter from 1-200/300 for free, that are bonus to you. when that novel become premium, they will start locked for certain chapters (e.g 80/100 chapters), which include certain free chapter that you has read before, yeah understand it was bad news for new reader and who try to reread again.
i notice this too on Our Glamorous time novel, which has 82 chapters. it was bonus to me cause i read from 1-82 chapters for free but when try to reread again after few months, they already start the premium with certain locked chapters (on chapter 25), so you can see it depend on the novel.

but if you said you have spend some ss to unlock it, please check your history (the history record is up to 6 months). this novel started from 3/12/2018 and saw the premium start is from chapter 107.
to check the history ss: go to your profile > tap on ss icon > tap on history consume
you can screenshot for proof and email them. know it troublesome for doing it but at least you have proof for them to check
