As a level 5, former level 4, I usually get 8-10SS from check in, 15SS from using my daily 3 power stones. Could probably get more if I use Energy stones as well, but not overly phased as I'm a slow reader following few novels regularly

10 ss is my max as of the new system. Normally it is 8.
Lowest i got is none+15 exp
