I have trouble in understanding how to vote...what should I exactly do

Vote as in what?
If it's with Power Stones just to to Power ranking and click vote.
If it's with Energy Stones:
On Pc click the webnovel logo in the top left corner which will take you to the home page, scroll down and click on What's Next to vote with your Energy Stones
On Mobile I have no clue... (sorry)
If you meant something like gifting SS to a certain novel the that's only for a select group of novels. If it's an unknown original novel most likely you won't be able to gift it. BUT any novel can be voted for with Power Stones BUT For energy stones only the ones they show you can be voted for.

Using Desktop or Mobile actually are no different for voting, if you want to vote with Power Stone then you can go the book's front page and click "Vote" button there... As for vote with Energy Stone, you can go to homepage of Webnovel and click on "What Next" that show you 3-4 books with female lead and 3-4 book with male leads...
If you don't know what "What Next" is, it's basically you voting for a book that Webnovel will posted in the future. Book with the highest vote will be posted each week... The books you can vote are always different for each weeks, but the 2nd highest vote from last week would remaind there
