This is my second month of elite subscription. The first month went ok and its last date was 7th march. But as soon as the 1st came, the apple itunes store started asking for payment for renewel. I paid for the renewal of this month and even though the cost was billed and deducted i have still not received my elite membership. Now I cant even ask for a refund as apple is saying mu request for refund is eligible
