Writing Prompts Contest 59 & 60
ShaZi_WordKiller The image is good, but I find the words blend in too much. Have you considered maybe a gold colour for the title or maybe add a drop shadow to make the words pop out? Another cheat, is to have a darkened strip layer of the image behind the text, so it stands out more.
For some reason, I can't mark my work part of the contest. Anyone know how to solve the issue? Many thanks in advance!
brotherbear I get a sign which says "Sorry, your novel does not match the writing contest, please check the detail."
Any help? Here's the novel by the way:

Entry for Writing Prompt #60
Demon Hunter: The Sand in the War Cogs
Set in a fantasy world with both technology and magic, the human and demon races are caught up in a millennia-long war leading up to an arms race continuing to escalate to nuclear levels. The humans are looking for anything to give hope, and they latch onto a child prophesied to bring and end to the war and bring victory. But how does 17 year-old Jamil al-Rasul go about ending this war, when even the adults don't know exactly what it is he has to do? Politics, conflict, friendship, and a journey to adulthood all bundle up in this series to pack a magical nuclear punch!

Cheers, readers and writers. My first entry in a contest - and my first creation on Webnovel! Hope I've properly entered...
Wrote five chapters, 6,000+ words, within half a day to start off strong.
(Competition #60, keywords 'Gun' and 'City'.)
For themes of rebirth/redemption, community + family, brotherhood, and modern business, please read.
Billion Dollar Bullet
(Not the exact book cover, since the actual cover was obnoxiously large when I tried to put it.)
Has a number of sequential arcs or major plot points planned well into the future, so there's potential staying power!

I participated in 3 competitions, I stayed twice in second place and another I did not qualify, but it was very busy. This one is more rambling, I think it's because the deadline is bigger in this competition.
Ahem!! I'm a bit confused...hahaha
I want to try for #59 but I don't know what the masses like....
I am confused between
1.ABO with a normal BG theme
2.ABO with a transmigration
3.Apocalypse
4.ABO(quick-wear)
Help required...hehehe
This is my entry for the Competition #60 the keywords I use are 'Demon', 'City', 'Hunter', 'Gun' https://www.webnovel.com/book/13231450605149005/God-Told-Me-to-Kill-the-Devil
AtsukiJoou
Sorry, what's ABO?
I guess you could write a story you would like to read.
Or write a romance story type (e.g CEO Romance) that is very popular right now at this site. LGBT can be another subset of the romance genre.
If you want to go for fantasy or other types, system or cultivation with a same-sex friendship developing into love maybe.
ShaZi_WordKiller
The cover was very good, until I your competitor I'll take a look !!
Hi, I want to make a novel for #60. But if I want to use the "Demons" only on the last half of the novel and no mention of them on the first half, could I still enter the contest?
Veronica8
hahaha...it's Omegaverse...
Yeah, got it!!
CEO Romance it is.....hehehe
Thank you.
AtsukiJoou Aah, Alpha, Omega, Beta. Yep, think CEO Romance might do the trick there
God Bless and Good Luck for the participants on the writing prompt contests.
Shamelessly advertising my new novel since I am also a new author. Although I am not participating, hehe.
Coiling Dragon: Tale of the Qilin Warrior
Fanfiction about Coiling Dragon.
CHAPTER 05 - THE WAY OF THE SWORD
'-' I think this contest is very slow! Few participants.
Wow, I expected more competitors!
Take_the_Moon from the past contests, the dark horses don't post here and if they do, they only do so near the very end.
Take_the_Moon Who knows? Maybe there's more activity on Discord than here?
Good luck to everyone participating in the contest.
I'm just going to advertise my own. I haven't seen many entries for prompt 59 yet.
It does seem more quiet on here compared to the previous contest. Maybe the prompts are less interesting to some people.
