Why my account was reset?I was reading book in 10 min. ago and sudden question popped up its say "what is your daoist name?" then my account doesnt show anything like power stone,sprit stone and lvl1 (btw ı was level 4 )

Its just in highlights, if you go to your account profile you still have the same level and same SS. Surprised me too though the first time I registered my daoist name.

My library is now gone and I can't access my profile. What's going on?
My library is gone and history and when I try to go to novels i get the 404, and I was just reading a novel before this happened
