So basically, the problem is that I can log in to my account but that's literally all I can do. I can go into the descriptions of a story but the option to add the book to my library or read the book isn't there. I can search a specific chapter up on google but can't unlock the chapter with my spirit stones. and also can't go on to the next chapter. Also when I search a specific chapter up, I can't check the table of contents or comments. The forum is working for me (obviously), but that's basically all I can do. Other apps and websites work perfectly so I know it's not my PC. I can use other websites but would much rather read it the moment it comes out. Plus, apart from the books I have under "Continue Reading", the cover of the other books are grey. I hope this problem can be fixed soon as I don't want to lose my account and I am unable to sign into other accounts or claim my daily login reward or vote for books because of this problem. Thanks

    I believe this problem occurs when it's being blocked by a certain wifi.

    FOR EXAMPLE: My school blocks Webnovel thus having me download a VPN to bypass the firewall blocking my access into Webnovel.

    Try downloading a Virtual Private Network [VPN] and see if you can log in.

        sleep_yturtle sorry if this is late but because the VPN didn't work for me,m I tried to sign in to a different wifi ( I have 2) and then reset my computer. I feel like it eventually came to work but not through my efforts. Sorry if this isn't any help
