it had happened to me twice!! when I did my daily check-in, error message popped up saying the check-in has failed and to try again later. but the app thought I have done my check-in and wouldn't let me redo it!!
emailed webnovel, the first time I got compensation of 7SS (lower than normal 8SS or 9SS I normally get on a weekday).
second time happened, emailed webnovel again. well, after 4 days I have not received a single reply.
