@N0xiety, I made the base of that flowchart I was talking about. It might be a bit too big and I fear that I've missed a scenario out. If anyone could help me out here, I'd be very grateful. I'll need to change it before I start beautifying it and adding timescales and descriptions.

I can't think of any scenario which could happen beside some dumb ones. Therefore IMHO your chart is complete.
So how about:
"Translator tries to sneak his way inside the Qidian headquarters to steal the contracts"
"Translator finds his Dao and awakes his deep inside powers (which come his strong family aka genes, who live in outer space and left him at Earth because they thought he has no talent, but the truth is he has the highest talent in the entire family but his greedy uncle falsified his result) to destroy Qidian"

Neverfire7 Ugh can't see the picture man. Did you use imgur or something? Darn govrnment blocked the site. I could use proxy to look at it, but i first need to be able to see the adress. But i can't even see the adress here... Tried using proxy for this page, but doesn't seem to work. Seems they have some protection in place...

I doubt this would cause problems for anyone. I always use it and had a few of the adress of the pics i posted saved up from 5 months ago. Just checked and they still work. So it seems they don't just delete the pics in a short time. Anyways works for a quick pic share.
For the flowchart, it looks quite perfect to me. Doesn't seem like you missed any scenario. Well, there was that lawsuit talks from the wuxiaworld but i'm not sure if they have gone through with it. Tho i doubt any random translator group can do such a thing against a giant like Qi anyways.
N0xiety Yeah, I was thinking about making a note about Wuxiaworld but didn't know if that would confuse people who are new to the community or not. As for the pasteboard, I guess I'll be using that from now on as well as save any important images on my drive for future use.

It happened iirc, you don't see the Qidian novels which are being tl-ed on WW here on Webnovels (you see them to one point, then the releases stop)
"random translator group" has a bigger reader-base than this so...

@CKtalon does Webnovel decide to pick up a novel then get translators to translate it or do the translators decide what they translate? Or does Webnovel provide translators with a list of books that they can translate?
Neverfire7 If the translator has something in mind, it can be suggested. The Qidian editors will decide if they want it translated. If the translators are agnostic, they can choose from a list.
