No one is going to divert resources to those books when there are more pressing books at hand to resume releases. Once everything is in place do resources get diverted to those books. You can't treat every book as equal.
And yes, when a translator goes radio silent and later gets fired because of that, the book still has to undergo at least 1-2 months of transition before releases can resume.
I've been involved in the resumption of several books such as TLM, OEM, TTNH, Am I a God, Carefree Path of Dreams, etc. and it still took months before they returned to normal speed, and some have even exceeded the old speeds. There are other books that are being resumed as well. I also see Perfect Secret Love, Release That Witch, It's Not Easy To Be A Man resumed by Henyee as well, books that are highly-ranked and actually matter a lot more.
TLDR: Resource allocation matters due to finite resources.
