I've discovered this novel and caught up with the translation a few months ago and there hasn't been a week with less than 13 chapters released since then when the translator shedule predicts 11 chapters a week. Moreover, this story is translating by one of the best translator on this site. There are very few mistakes, it's easy to understand, even for someone who isn't very familiar with Chinese culture and isn't an English speaker as mother language. The vocabulary, the style of writing are consistent from the beginning. It mustn't be shifted to another translator, it wouldn't necessary be a good idea as it isn't sure that the quality would be as good as now. You say that for readers of LOPH it's difficult to keep up with a novel due to improper update problem, but not for all people; not for me for example, many people prefer quality rather than quantity, especially since the issues concerning the updates is a false idea born in your own brain.

The translators are good in their translation style and it's no issue that their life is busy... As it is a business I feel that it would be better if the readers are well served, and it lies in the hands of translators to do responsibly...

I don't think the ranking is something important..., maybe for the author, but as a reader, I've never paid attention to it, the synopsis is way more important to know if a story can be good.

=> the translator is totally wise and responsible, there is no issue with the updates. you falsely imply he doesn't do his job properly when he already delivers two additional chapters compared to his regular/official schedule.
