CreampieKing Could you really? Most of your comments don't pass 25 likes. I just checked the last 3 days of your comments. You had no comments that pass 25 likes and the highest one was at 15 likes. Anyways the rewards can be adjusted accordingly. It's not a set.

      Ebu8b Implement an actual clan system and prevent them from liking for each other. It would solve most of the problem. Limit the number of likes a person can give each day. This will also help. And it can actually be good since it would also prevent people from brainlessly liking everything and push them to like the comments that they actually think worthy. Add more than 5 levels and adjust the xp, so the xp needed between levels scale better. The higher level one is, the better their privileges get. Like being able to have more likes a day ect. See this way you can add much more interactive stuff to each level and the levels actually worth stomething unlike now. There are many more ideas that i can add but i'm lazy for more than this right now.

              CreampieKing Even with the current system i proposed that just ammounts to 10xp tho? You already pretty much get 70xp daily. So lets just say you hit over 25 likes every couple days or even every day in one of your comments together with a couple 10+ like comments. How would this make much difference over your 70 daily xp? You would be at most earning 20 - 30 extra xp over your 70 daily xp. It's still just chump change even if we consider the best case scenario unless you regularly get over 100 likes on your comments.

                    N0xiety "I doubt anyone is crazy enough to create so many duplicate accounts to like their own posts." Well, some people do, don't ever doubt it. In my college day, some people I know creating more than 100 or even 300+ dummy accounts to support their main character. That's for a game, but it can also applicable here. So IMO, more exp for likes is a big no no.

                    IP? don't really depend on them too. There are so many vpn service out there, coupled them with any vm. Any known fingerprint technique also have a counter if you have enough motivation to search for existing bail out.

                        N0xiety Honestly I thought his posts were at least mildly amusing. It is not like it was the same thing over and over again. He at least took the time to write out a new comment almost every day he would use to spam the threads. I can see how people would get annoyed and report him, but he didn't say anything truly vulgar or offensive. Either way, I see this as just more censorship BS from a company not used to Western standards of free speech.

                                LtBeefy I think you didn't read all the posts. I gave a solution of limiting the ammount of likes a person can give each day depending on their level.

                                Komentar Proxy or VPN isn't foolproof. Game companies can easily crack down on those kind of people. It's not that hard to implement a protection. If that game didn't allow your friends to create 300+ dummy accounts then they wouldn't be able to do so. Also it's glaringly obvious when people do that kind of shit in mmos. No decent mmo game would allow such behaviour. Anyways i also gave a solution to that problem but i guess you didn't read all the comments. You can always make it so that an accounts needs to be at a certain level to be able to like others post. So even if somehow with some miracle they were able to create hundreds of accounts without getting caught, they will have to level those accounts first for a week or two. They will get caught no matter what in the end and it will take them a tremendous ammount of effort to do such a thing. But all for what? For xp in a webnovel site? Seriously? Your friends would do that for useless xp in a friking webnovel site? Yeah sure...

                                      Hahaha. .even i wouldn't make a dummy account. .here at qidian, you could have exp by inviting friends, by inviting 10 friends, you could only have 10exp, 20 friends for 20 exp. .and so on... (Just check guidelines for exp to be sure). .but for example, making 300+ accounts only for getting 300+ exp, is not very efficient...just do the daily exp and you could get 70 exp per day. .
