If the ad isn't letting you read the chapter email it to the support email I'm sure they'll take care of it. That's how it usually works for the medium sized sites they have someone who will take care of it.

They put ads to keep the website going.. the electricity in keeping the servers up and running ain’t free ya know.... they also have to pay their staff and translators..
You might be missing the skip button when trying to click it so it opens up a new window. Happens to me lots of times.. so I just use my SS lol.
