hi there! i was about to backread ps i am (not) over you when i noticed that some chapters whom i already unlocked were locked again. then, i need to pay again ss to unlock it. dis you ever experience those? it is just a glitch? then i scan my books and found out, trial marriage, hello mr. major general and some other books have chapters that are again locked. cna you help me? thanx!

    Hey thats something thats happened quite often as webnovel changed its premium programm.
    To me it happend to xD

    I just copy paste a text from CKtalon here:

    The most likely reason is that, many chapters were released for free prior to Premium, and after it went Premium, you continued purchasing new chapters. However, the older chapters are retroactively locked, and those were unpaid for to begin with (they were free to read).

    Example:
    Book released 250 chapters for free. Book goes Premium. You start paying for chapters 251 and above.
    Webnovel retroactively locks the chapters 101-250 since they were free to begin with.

    You will see that 1-100 is free, 101-250 is locked, >=251 is unlocked (provided you unlocked all).

        and this is why i dont read on webnovel anymore. I knew that this would happen when they first started moving some free books over to premium i said to myself,"very soon this is gonna a premium only site", and yes there may be some free chapters but, why would i want to pay for something i was originally getting for free

            Welldar No, it's likely you didn't watch the ad and allowed the rolling unlock to happen to those chapters in question.

                I read an entire book of almost a thousand chapters and used my spirit stone. I come back months later and almost all of the chapters are locked again. It’s ridiculous!!!!

                yes I did watch the ads.......and it is more then one novel
                this is also the reason that I have all but stopped reading on this site
                before you call somebody a lair look in the mirror
