I need some help!
So here's the thing. I've known since long ago that elite subscription has been terminated as of March.
What I did not know, was that on Google, I need to manually cancely subscription, otherwise I would be charged for it. Its kinda late, but I only found that out now, in May, 2 months after it officially ended.
I would like to get a refund for the times after March that I have been charged, and would like some assistance on it. I have sent in an email to service, but the reply was not helpful (I think they thought I wanted a refund for the months prior). Where or who else may I approach to resolve this issue?
