Chapter 16: Prologue (Stag Queen takes action)

"Locate Taurus signal" Henry shouted as he tears through the Worm flesh with his frequency claws

"30 meters downwards" replied Leto

He boosted his engine burning worm flesh behind and push his way to downwards.

Li Wei was laying down In the pitch dark with mushy liquids and flesh.

He was feeling bitter and sad about becoming some food for a worm he wanted to die while fighting he wasn't expecting he would become food for some alien worm this was unfair.

He was frustrated and thinking ways for escapes when out of know where a hand suddenly pulls him out of the darkness.

Henry saw Li Wei with his X-ray vision he stretch out his hand tightly grabbing Li Wei shoulders and with a max boost engine, they burst out from the Greeds worm body.

Finally, they were able to see the light again the worm was wriggling and screaming from pain since Henry entered his body.

Before they could rest they were assaulted by the entomons

Li Wei was fighting off the smaller entomons(bugs) while Henry was taking care of the Tiger Beetles, Stag Beetles, and the Rhino Beetles.

Henry was dodging and slicing weak points of the entomons(bugs) It was always a critical hit, his combat instinct was superb he dodges the Tiger Beetles with only a few inches and counters attack.

The Stag Queen already had enough with this stupid game she gave out a signal to fully attack the humans.

The assaults suddenly increase at an alarming rate the humans were falling like tree leaves.

The sky suddenly becomes dark.

Billions of entomons(bugs) start penetrating the Planet IC2S34 as if they were trying to devour it.

"Deploy the Mother Ships" Henry ordered.

The invisible Mother Ships flew quietly into the swarms of entomons(bugs) like a rocky boat into the sea.

Billions of entomons(bugs) swarms in the sky as they advance for attack when suddenly they start hitting an invisible wall.

clank clank clank BAM different size of entomons(bugs) start hitting the invisible camouflages suddenly got disable.

When the Stag Queen saw this she screeches out for retreat, she already got information about the Mother Ship destructive power, but everything was too late

BOOOM BOOOM four blast echoed through the whole planet wiping out around 3 billions of entomons(bugs).

The Queen was enraged she BUZZ her wings and charges straight into the planet followed by her armies

Her shells start glowing when she made contact with the atmosphere due to frictions.

BOOOM she landed on the ground blasting away all of the nearby humans and entomons

She stands up from the pit and looks at Henry with full hatred and killing intents she blasts her wings as she went straight for Henry who was already on the defensive.

BUZZZ she was so fast as she instantly came right in front of Henry who was dodging while swinging his claw defensively.

"Warning detected enemy approaching behind 10 meters" warned Leto

Before Henry could do anything he was already in the clutch of the Scissor King who was trying crush Henry with his Scissor Claws

they can hear creaky sounds as they both wrestle away their strength.

"Protect the General" everyone scream as they tried to rescue Henry

Scissor King was holding and lifting the upper part of the body of Winter Wolf as a trophy when suddenly a 5 meters body fall down from the suit It was a little human

The little human suddenly opens his eye with a flash he went straight for the Scissor king neck piercing through it and climb inside the head.

The Scissor king screams with pain as he rams through his fellow entomons(bugs) the pain was truly unbearable.

Henry climb a few meters towards the Scissor king brains and smash it like scrambled eggs.

The Scissor King suddenly let out screech fill with pain, his body collapse and died.

It would not have been possible If the Scissor king was a little careful.

The Stag Queen was already at the limit of her anger as she charges through and crushes the skull of Scissor king along with Henry, plops Henry fell from the Scissor King head.

Henry bitterly smile as he looks down at his own body thankfully the skull of the Scissor king took all of the pressure that's how he was able to survive

Don't know if he can survive without proper machines and medication not to mention the Stag Queen is still looking at him

the Stag Queen looks at Henry and tries to crush him when suddenly a Sword light flashes and cuts her eye.

The Stag Queen Screeches with pain as she retreats and looks at the incoming stranger with Hatred.

A figure appeared slowly floating in the sky

Lieutenant General Akira, he wears a Brown Samurai Amour suit with 45 meters tall

Akira landed near Henry

"Oi Oi! look at the fluffy dog Is he still alive?" Joke Akira while freezing Henry's whole body except for the head.

BOOM BOOM suddenly many Advance G4rbots and G5rbots landed near Henry

"So is General Rick here?" Henry asked with a little excited voice

"Stop talking you will find out soon" Akira replied vaguely "Aria! take fluffy dog to the space ship and fly him to the Headquarter ship" ordered Akira.

"Yes General!" she gave her salute took Henry and flew off along with her squad

The battlefield was stabilized, millions of space ships pour out from the wormholes.

Space ships and Mother Ships start pouring out billions of small battleships, drones, and androids and start cutting through the entomons(bugs) like butter with their bullets and lasers.

The Big Battle Ships and Mother Ships also start firing their big guns decimating everything in its path.

But the entomons(bugs) numbers were too big they barely put a dent on the numbers with that much firepower and the resources they spend, they would have to sacrifice everything like Henry to take down 250 billion entomons(bugs).

General Rick was sitting in the command room thinking deeply

right now their only advantage was firepower, stabilizing the battlefield took a lot of their resources It would be depleted after a day or two if they continue with this pace

"Recall everyone for retreat and send down the troops and rescue everyone in Planet IC2S34, we will be leaving this Barren death Cluster, we need to reserve our fighting power for PEC2". General Rick sends out orders.

The Crew members start sending out signals

While the main Battle Ships and the Mother Ships were pushing back the entomons(bugs), millions of rescue ships start landing on the planet and starts rescuing the soldiers.

The rescue ships start landing on Planet IC2S34

ships can be seen flying up and down like flies as they land and load the soldiers and shift them to the Mother Ships.

The Stag Queen wasn't able to organize her thought with the sudden attack she realizes the humans were powerful even though their numbers are small.

She flew off without looking back at Akira, even though she was angry and wanted to get back at him for almost blinding her one eye, the current situation was more important than revenge.

The Stag Queen starts controlling and recalling back her armies, humans and the entomons(bugs) separated like there is an invisible wall.

"Tch, I wanted to fight this Queen" Akira sigh sadly and flew off along with his friends and subordinates.

Akira knew his chances of winning against the Stag queen was only 20%, he gave himself a generous amount winning chances, even though he cuts her one eye It was a surprise attack, her reaction speed was too fast, he barely scratched her with a surprise attack.

The Rescue mission was complete

The Stag Queen stop attacking, she doesn't have the confidence to win.

Even if she wins the price she has to pay was too big, she cannot afford it.

She sends a messenger to the Rhino king she would have to team up with Rhino King and kill all of those hateful humans, they look so tiny and squishy like worms, just thinking about them makes her anger flared up.

"Everyone retreat back to PEC2 Planet Zeoter" Rick ordered

"Rhino King would be here within an hour let them have their 1 hour of peacetime" with that the Stag Queen flew inside the mouth of Leviathan.

Enlightened_Being There is no shame in writing while having weak grammar. On the contrary, I applaud your decision to write anyway. It’s the best exercise to expand your knowledge of a certain language.

you can find many promotions and novel links in this forum, this is a thread where people can just come in, scroll down and read the recommended chapters.
If the readers like the chapters with tons of likes and comment, we will make another thread and promote authors novel.
I know random authors will spam with their own novels in the thread but I and a few selected people will post the links of the author, that will legitimize the real author and the link.

I hope one of the mods help me, this is a good way to find good authors and good novels and readers can get a quality novel.

I won't say I'm very bad, that's too harsh I am bad with punctuations and separating paragraphs though. But anyways...

Chapter 2 - It's Your Turn!

"What the hell do I do with romance?" Veline grumbled as she changed the channels, obviously annoyed. Even cartoons have romance! What the hell? Kids are watching it for pete's sake.

Lying on the couch, her right arm was extended towards the TV as she pressed buttons to search for a decent channel. Apparently, there was none. Even the news channel are showing celebrities from their dimension getting married.

"People with only trivial or easy level Time Catharsis. Hmph." She grumbled as she grabbed the bowl of popcorns on the table, shoving popcorns on her mouth.

There are four types of Time Catharsis. Trivial, easy, medium, difficult.

Veline grumbled more, "They barely used their time travel during their Time Catharsis and will only last over there for a few weeks, able to return in this dimension, moving over to the Free Souls Division. The things they have to settle are just easy to do so."

Actually, she never cared about those people. The problem was, her housemates in this dimension were already done with their Time Catharsis. She was left alone and lonely.

"That woman had a trivial level Time Catharsis and she just can't bear to leave her career, not even needing a time travel. That man got medium level, only needing to move on from a dead person, only using time travel four times. Both were able to come back and move over to the Free Souls Division, living in luxury! In a mansion! They are just few blocks away and I can't even go." She threw popcorns on the television in annoyance.

"Damn this auxiliary life! I want to reincarnate. It's not like I want to fix my past, let it be! How did I live my life wrong? Ugh." As someone so bitter, she wanted to leave this place where life was considered perfect if you had lovelife.

It wasn't her fault either. Most people in the Free Souls Division had living in a good mansion, filled with luxury. They have maids, chefs, drivers, teachers. High-end buildings are also inside. Everyone there has a lot of money. They can decide on designing their house. And then there, they have lovelife. They were simply living perfectly, wait until they die to reincarnate.

How about the rest? They are divided according to subdivisions, arranged depending on the world where they lived in their past life. The design of the houses are boring and the same. Two-storey, three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and an attic. There were around few thousand houses, twenty five plazas and parks, ten academies and Time Catharsis stations, fifty groups of essential buildings like hospitals, police stations, and stuff, distributed equally. See? Boring. There were no tourist spots at all.

"And the only way I can get money to buy my needs and wants is through the monthly stipend and through my performance in the academy." The academy said that studying there was to build their inborn talents for their next life. As a fast learner, it was easy for her and now it's boring.

Aside from that, she also had a vague idea about her past life's world. The academy taught it to them.

Speaking of what they were taught, Veline remembered that teacher who told his theories about her past life. That teacher wasn't one of them, he was someone who had either a medium or difficult level Time Catharsis that wasn't able to return into the dimension anymore and continued to live the life they missed in their past life. For short, when it was confirmed that they won't return anymore, their bodies will reappear but will be staffs on anything.

The teacher told her that she will have a difficult level Time Catharsis and the reason why she was bitter was because she had a self-inflicted pain before she died regarding her love of her life. For short, it was agape-- unconditional love. She most probably did what she can do for him and died without letting him know that she loved him nor what she did for him.

No one knew when their own Time Catharsis will take place. Her housemates before were at least three decades older than her and was her parents figure when they were still there, the reason why they left earlier earlier than her.

"Damn, does it mean I have to study in the academy for a few more decades before my Time Catharsis? Just why do you need to be the exact same age as your past self before you can be sent at the same exact scene when the self-inflicted pain was first done?" Her age roght now was 23 years old. It never crossed her mind that she hurt herself early, so her daily ranting composed of this.

Veline seemed to be bitter with everything. Hot-tempered, hating interactions, extremely bitter, can find fault with everything... She basically hates everything.

As she continued flipping through the channels, there was finally an action movie showing. No romance at all, just to her liking.

As she was about to shove another handful of popcorns to her mouth, the doorbell of her house rang.

She raised her left brow. No one has ever visited her before. Her other roommates shouldn't either. It's probably a notice from the academy.

After standing from lying in the couch, she walked towards the door as she stretched. She first fixed her hair before opening the door. A guy in blue stood in front of he, holding an envelope as he flashed a huge smile.

"Ah, hello?" Veline hesitated greeting.

"Hello over there!" The guy greeted with a deep cheery voice.

Veline, on the other, had what-the-fuck-are-you-doing plastered across her face as she took the letter from a guy.

When she was about to close the door and turn back to leave, the guy shouted, "Wait!" His voice was surprisingly high-pitched...

"What?" She opened the door again as she looked at the guy, raising an eyebrow.

The guy faked a cough before talking again, "You don't need to read that, it's merely an informing letter that I'll bring you to the Time Catharsis station now. It's your turn!"

Veline's jaw dropped at what he said. Time Catharsis? This fuckin' early? Are you kidding her?

"What the fvck?" She muttered as she stared at the guy as if he was a weirdo. Damn, this girl ain't treating people nicely.

She easily adjusted. "Well, okay. Bring me there." She merely stepped out of her house then closed the door. Surprisingly, she was rather calm.

But that professor said it's most likely that she'll face a difficult level Time Catharsis. He can be wrong. How deep can a feeling of a 23 year old for someone be? Agape her ass. She don't think she was capable to love anyone.

As they walked, she wondered what she could possibly be.

"Do you know anything about my past life?" Veline probed, knowing that this man had access to her memories. The man simply nodded in response.

Her forehed creased as contemplation. She let out a sharp breath. "Am I a nymph descendant and someone ruined the garden I'm taking care of? And I really really loved that garden?" Now, it was the man's turn to look at her as if she's dumb.

The man laughed and spoiled her directly, "You're a werewolf descent with a failed lovelife." He spoke so bluntly that Veline almost kicked him.

Exactly after they finished talking, thay are already in front of the building. Her house was in a rather nice place, only shprt distance away from the important buildings.

"You're lucky, you're assigned in the first floor." The man commented. Veline just nodded as a response.

They entered the building and he lead her to the nearest Time Catharsis room. Oh wow, she did not need to walk that far.

A petite woman sat inside, wearing the helmet like thing used to see the future user's past life memories. The man knocked loudly on the door, disturbing her from watching.

The lady knew the patient was there so she removed her helmet.

"Hi Veline!" The lady greeted her, ignoring the man with the huge smile.

She pulled Veline beside the capsule and planned to tell her everything she needs... in one go. "This is your time travel device." The lady showed her a beautiful vintage looking stopwatch.

"The design is for aesthetic purposes. It's invisible in the eyes of the everyone else except your fellas who's also under Time Catharsis. Don't worry about losing it, it won't be. You can get yourself addition time travels by seeking willing fellas who won't be able to come back here too. You can only use time travel with valid reason else it won't be activated. Your Time Catharsis level is difficult, so good luck."

The lady pushed Veline in the capsule. Uh, this lady was rather... Can't really describe her. Before closing the capsule, she added another thing.

"You'll forget your memories from Catharsis Dimension. The only thing you'll remember is the time travel device and your goal, live your damn life right. The moment you return to your past life, you'll automatically be honest of your feelings. There's no way you can't mask it as you did in the past."

Veline wanted to talk but the lady's talking was rather continuous, thus she was unable to interrupt. She was a fast talker as well.

"Your past life is sad. Fix your lovelife. Your love interest is extremely handsome, just look at those sexy gray eyes."

When Veline's jaw dropped, the lady already closed the capsule. Then she was just there, "What the fvck!?" And her consciousness blurred.

Good_Light_Sleep good writing, one chapter cannot decide the storyline but It's a very good chapter.

Reinesse I cannot judge you with the grammar as I'm weak in Grammar as well, the storyline is a preference, people have different taste but I'm curious how the story goes, that's a good sign.
If you can find an editor and polish it very well, it might come out wonderful.
