I received a notification on my webnovel account that says I got the BTS lucky prize. The problem is that once I click on the notification it loads webnovel main page. Did I really won the BTS Event lucky prize? If so why do I not see anything?

Same here, anybody know whats going on?
I checked the code and it just says href="https://www.webnovel.com/" , it seems that the link is only made to redirect you to the home page. So, why does it say I won a prize?

Two things wrong with this. First my user name is clearly not ARMY. Second despite receiving this notification 30 minutes ago there is still no email.

I have the same issue, very confusing and frustrating. Also, why do I have a feeling that a lot more people were sent the same email then they should have. Wasn't it like 10 or so lucky fans get the rewards (Not including the authors, just the ones that participated in voting).

I didn't even participate in the BTS Event lucky prize so I knew it was a mistake. However who participated in this event would be really disappointed in their poor service.

Actually the prize is that you get to claim your ss reward once again even if you have already claimed them for the day just go to the reward page on webnovel webpage
