A bit late, but in your Vouchers page, when I click on a voucher to choose a novel to use it on, I cannot go to the novel to check out the synopsis on it (since I gotta check it out to see if its worth a try or not) directly from the page anymore, the previous version could do so (if it was intentionally removed then nvm... But will be nice to get it back). After you click on apply, it will change to read now. That button is unresponsive. These are observed on mobile device Samsung Galaxy S9+

Can't you turn back the past version for the chapters in the library instead of this confusing percentage based ones. And also put back the easy access update button as it is annoying needing to change back and forth from 'recently read' and to 'updated' settings in the library.

So for the daily and minute reading rewards show the notification when I complete them but don't actually give me any spirt stones for most of them(it only rewards me for maybe 2 at most). And when I go to buy spirit stones it won't accept the visa gift card I have.
Peace I've also had the same problem but it usally goes away depending on my wifi conection.
Ranadi_Seawater the same thing keep happening to me and it makes it hard to read chapters i want.

Okay, the current Webnovel app is dissapointing. Why? Because first, the rewards received became lower, and this makes the other readers who cannot top up cease reading their favorite novels due to not having enough stones. Second is the other novels' quality. Indeed, there are good novels here but eventually the plots became similar and the flow became much more predictable and reader who, like me, switched to this platform to seek for types of novels with contents that are new and refreshing, the direction this is going to is not really whatI thought it is. And the thing that i really do not like was the switching of the Spirit stones into coins. The novel calls the readers cultivators and we use spirit stones thingy etc. and that is what makes this app different to the other reading platforms. It is unique and everytime I recommend the app, most of my friends then will know which app am I referring to. I really love this feature, especially because I often read cultivating novels when I started using this platform after i jumped off from wattpad. This becomes one of the app's unique characteristic. And the team is removing it, which really dissapoints me.
This is just my opinion. But I hope the Spirit stones will be back, and not use the term coins. It is so generic. I love webnovel because of its uniqueness and convenience and most of its novel's quality.

- This is happening after I reached Level 7
- Today, I updated the WN app, after that I collected 20 coins from reading, which were not added to the total coins list
This is getting too buggy. Seems the Android developers need more training and test cases are not enough. Request an immediate fix.

Fastpass from the app not showing up on the phone or the pc ..
photos below and I have waited just incase a delay due to server etc but still missing
as you see in the 2md photo from mu phone the Fastpass i should have got with the exp is missing and on the 3rd photo from my pc you see I used my pc logged in FastPass with no problem but no Fastpass from the phone , but it was working yesterday before your app update today
I really hate this update...i usally open 10 chapters in novel which has low ss...but now however the value of chapter is i can oly open 3 chapters ... seriously!!!. I think i need to uninstall webnovel in no time

But I hate the current updated version of webnovel.
The coins and fast pass thing are the ones I hate the most.
And also that, percentage of how many chapters you have read doesn't fit at all. It always gives wrong idea as if I haven't read a chapter or so.

WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL totally no good with the new feature of coin. The 10coins read claimed but not added in the account. I've lose 20 coins. I don't liked the pass as well. It doesnt care if the chapters are short or long, it'll takes up one free pass.. Its no longer a good app for reader. I'm going to drop off if this still continues

One problem is with fast pass all you get is 3 chapters and that is it and it is limited at that ware if you use coins depending on size of chapter you could get 5 or 6 chapters and no limitations along with authers are not worrie about how that effects their chapter price
Scarlett_92 This is new updated version where WN added a feature called Free Pass. You'll get 1 free pass and with that you can unlock 1 chapter of any novel or comic but you've to use that free pass within 1 week otherwise it'll expired. It is also a good thing in some case. If you can unlock any chapter whether it costs 6 or more than 6 coins. I hope it'll help your inquiry.
