Does anyone know more about this functionality under account? When you click into the help information about it sort of sounds like a modified subscription to a specific novel but I can’t find anything more about it ?

It's a new feature, but it has not been implemented for all the novels yet. If you want an example on how it works, you can check out the novel "Almighty Coach", since it's already been implemented for this novel.
It's for impatient readers who want to get access to the unreleased (and unedited? Not sure) chapters that are still in the stockpile.
